Hello!  I am Mrs. Simone Lane and I am so excited to have you in my classroom this year.  We will learn about astronomy, meteorology, hydrology, geology, and the environment in Earth Science

.  I graduated from Statesboro High School in 1993, and from Georgia Southern University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  Soon after graduation, I decided to earn a Master in Education degree from Georgia Southern as well.  I really enjoy being a student.  I even have my Education Specialist degree in Teaching & Learning from Georgia Southern.

I chose this picture for my website because it shows you my family.  I am married to John Lane who is a banker at BB&T.  We have three children:  Britt (age 13), John Daniel (age 10), and Speer (1).
